True storytelling - Spark Open Mic – ‘Closure’

Monday 20th August
19:30

Ritzy, Brixton
Brixton Oval London, SW2 1JG

In art, closure is the sense of conclusion at the end of a piece of work, the denoument, if you will.  In real life, closure is the feeling that an emotional or traumatic experience has been or is being resolved.  From heartbreaks and career rejections to the mysterious disappearance of your Christmas candy or your childhood pet, the pursuit of closure can be a never-ending story all on its own.

Have you ever gone to insane lengths to gain closure, are you still seeking closure today?  Have you ever happened upon closure by accident?  Maybe you have a story about something that happened that allowed you to close the door on needing closure altogether. No matter what its about or how it ended, come join us for a wonderful night of storytelling.

Show up, with a story of your own or just to listen.  The rules are simple
the story has to true, has to be about you and can only be about 5 minutes long.

Doors open 7:30pm. Entrance £5
