True storytelling - Spark Open Mic – Balance.

What does it mean to have the right balance? Trying to maintain a career, a social life, our hobbies, our families and our personal lives is one tricky business in the 21st century. Balance can be a physiological thing that medicine helps us with, it can be a meditative state done in an ashram in India, or something done by a circus princess on a tight rope.

Come on down to Hackney to listen to stories on the theme of balance, or imbalance, or tell your own if you find you have got a story to tell.
