True storytelling - Spark Encore – Tales of ‘Escape’

For one night only, Spark has gathered stories connected with the current refugee crisis in the Middle East and Europe. From refugees recently arrived in London to aid workers working in camps from Calais to Beirut, we’ll hear unflinchingly honest accounts of being on the front line of this unfolding humanitarian disaster (and some jokes too – because, let’s face it, every situation brings hope and humour as well).

All proceeds raised from the night will go directly to two groups, Refugee Aid & Leros Solidarity Network  both of whom are working to improve the lives of people escaping war and poverty across the world.
