True storytelling - Bad Timing
Monday 16th October
19:30
Did you miss that bus, heard about that job just after accepting another, were too far back in the queue or heard about something just after it had finished? Maybe you got together with someone at the wrong moment. There are things we all look back on with hindsight and wonder if they might have been different if only the timing had worked out. Although sometimes bad timing can work out well – maybe getting up late produced an unexpected lucky break. Come along and tell a story of your own or listen to others.
Spark open-mic evenings involve inviting members of the audience to tell a true personal story from their life of about 5 minutes in length. We create a warm friendly environment that makes it easy for anyone to get up on stage and share something from their lives.
Entrance £5. Doors 7:30pm. Stories from 8pm
